bodybuilding diet meal plan

A bodybuilding diet should consist of the proper amount of Protein, Carbohydrates and Fat. I have put together a sample bodybuilding meal plan below.

Meal 1:
1 whole egg 3 whites 1 cup oatmeal apple

Meal 2:
8 oz chicken breast vegetables (green) stir fry in 1 TB olive oil

Meal 3:
8oz fish (tuna, swordfish, shark) 1 cup rice salad w/1tb olive oil and vinegar

Meal 4:
8oz steak (lean, top round, flank) spinach (steamed) small baked potato orange

Meal 5:
Tuna in can (water) vegetables (green)
