DB FLYS -3 sets
PECK DECK -3 sets
BEHIND NECK-3 sets
SEATED DB PRESS- 2 sets

TUESDAY
WIDE GRIP PULL DOWNS -3 sets
1 ARM DB ROWS -3 sets
SEATED CABLE ROWS -3 sets
SEATED BENT OVER RAISES DBS-2 sets
STANDING CALFíS-3 sets of 15

WED
TRICEP PULL DOWS-3 sets
BENCH TRICEPS -3 sets
DB OVERHEAD TRICEPS-3 sets
