Hi there,

I am from New Zealand am planning to start bodybuilding but I don’t have any information how to building my body, please can you send me the full information of how to start building my body step by step like( how many days a week, what part of the muscle should I start working out on the first day, how many reps and sets?

And I also want to be provided with full images or short video clips for every workout.

And also what type of proteins is more beneficial for the muscle?
