Do high reps get you ripped

[Post Followup ] [ Anabolic Forum Board ]

I am 6'6", 340lbs and I want to lose some weight without losing strength. I have been doing lots of reps with lower weights to try and burn calories. What do you think about this method?

Since muscle burns more calories resting than fat, would it be a good idea to supplement w/ creatine and protien in order to gain more muscle for the calorie burning?

What would you recommend? I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and normally start with at least 20 minutes on the stairmaster.

Thanks, Kevin
