Questions about bodybuilding supplements

Hi there,

I have a quick question about supplements. I'm sure you get asked these sorts of questions all the time, but I've been having a tough time really narrowing down my supplement needs for the goals I have.

I'm a professional athlete, 6'7" and about 220lbs but I'm looking to gain 6-8 pounds of lean muscle to my frame. Lifting intensity is not an issue with me as I know what I'm doing and consistently push myself to keep making progress. I'm trying to eat around 200g of protein a day, very little fat and a good amount of carbs (for the energy I need to play). I have around 7% body fat right now and am finding it hard to gain that extra few pounds of lean muscle that I'm looking for. I've never taken anything besides protein so I'm a bit new to other supplements that might help me achieve my goals. Could you maybe provide a little insight into what I could add to my nutrition to gain that bit of size I'm looking for? Times during the day to take them? Any info would you be great. I'm attaching a picture of what I look like so you can get a better idea. I'm just looking for a some more lean muscle and size.

Thanks very much in advance,

Steve
