Help! I'm 45 and started to work out again after an accident at the gym. I'm making great gaines and starting to get hard bodied again. Here's my problem, I put on 30lbs and I just can't seem to diet them off. Anyone who can give me some motivation would be greatly appreciated. Help!

How about this for motivation, imagine yourself after you have lost the weight and packed on some muscle, then walking around the beach in cut-off spandex with alot of hot chics checking out your package! now that is some good fucking motivation! Or, just feeling good about yourself for your increase strength and musculature! Anyone should suffice, mostly motivation comes from within, to be the best you can be!

I personally have tried every mental and motivational technique available including: Psychology, psychiatry, hypnosis, self-hypnosis, meditation, positive thinking, etc, etc. The only one I found that works (consistently gets the desired result) is Dianetics.
If you really want to be more motivated for bodybuiloding and be happier in life, I suggest you read the book Dianetics by L. Ron Hubbard. You should be able to get it at your local library or bookstore. You will be surprised at how much of a difference it will make in your training and in your life!
