hi

i did the cybergenics total body , program back in 89 and lost a total of 30 lbs in the 12 weeks , i have been looking for the bookelt in the last few years and would like to know where i can get a copy to set up a great diet plan and workout program , since i am going to be 50 come april i so want to be back to where i was in 90 down to 205 and feeling good about myself i right now weigh 275 so i want to lose about 70 to 75 lbs over the next 4 months i was hoping you could help me out .
