Posted by Jimmyi would like too know how to eat right,and gain muscle.im 6-2 235lbs.and also learn some of the best supplements,that are safe too take that work well for the money that i pay for them.ive tried several products and they dont seem too work for me,,i burnout of energy too quickly when im lifting,,,thank you,for helping me. im intermediate level only been training for five weeks.

I suggest eating good lean proteins such as egg whites, beef, chicken, turkey and fish along with a lot of fresh raw vegetables and fruits and some brown rice and potatoes.
