M14 diol review

M14 diol stands for 17a-methyl-1,4-androstadiene-3,17-diol which is an effective precursor prohormone that has now been used very effectively in other products as well. It is also called M1,4ADD and is said to be one of the only "wet" prohormones available on the market.

It is designed to increase size and strength during the off-season without being concerned about increasing water retention. During a bulking cycle when using M14 diol there will be an increase in intracellular water retention which is why it is called a "wet" prohormone.

If you have used other prohormones like creatine and testosterone boosters you will be shocked at the dramatic increase in muscle gain after only a five week cycle. They say the reason why this product is so effective is because of androstenedoil which is legal precursor to the most widely used steroid of all time Dianobol.

When taking a product like M14 diol the experts recommend that a product like Arimiderm or ATD be used to prevent side effects of increased estrogen secretion from the aromatization of androstenedoil. But research shows that this product can be effectively used for anybody no matter what their experience in prohormone use previously.

More advanced bodybuilders who use many different prohormones may even stack M14 diol with other prohormones. As with any other prohormones one should be careful of liver damage and liver protection supplements should be taken before starting on a cycle.

The product claims of gaining 25 pounds of muscle in the first 5 week cycle may sound a bit far-fetched but this should be seen in the light of how and when this product works. Because of the intracellular water retention a lot of this added muscle mass could just be water.

Precursor prohormones are something that should be studied before you start a cycle on them as the simple understanding of the pharmacodynamics on how the product works will explain how to use it effectively. Although it has been called the only "legal" steroid on the market one should rather learn how it works before just going on a course.
