Should I Take Hydroxycut?

Hello, I am 18 years old i just started taking Hydroxycut today. As a matter of fact. I am on a low carb diet eating right and exercising. I currently weight 186 pounds . My goal is to get down to 170 pounds. I think Hydroxycut might work for me. I don't want to take anything with Ephedra. I am drinking lots of water. Plus, I am on a slim fast meal plan.
Do you think i should still be taking Hydroxycut? Someone please help me.
