Workout motivation
Posted by Christine
Well, like most people who make those resolutions do just that and see it as only a resolution that they'll end up breaking. You have to see it as a lifestyle that you really want to live. Because you want to lose bodyfat doesn't mean that you have to go on a strict exercise and diet program. Everything is good in moderation. Tips for success for life.
- start slow and really decide how you want to change yourself ie:eating habits, some exercise.
- don't deprive yourself, think sensibly and make wise food choices. (Now remember all that sounds like it's good for you sometimes isn't. Read labels)
- Consider a trainer or join a gym
- Don't look for the quick fix, there isn't one believe me.
- Increase water intake
- increase the amount of times you eat in a day ie:5-6x.)yes, eat more frequently, but not big meals, some things here and there.)
- Think about all the foods for all your meals that you will eat in one day. Clump it together, then separate it into 5-6 sections of things you will eat at 5-6 times a day. Gotta keep that metabolism going.
- Repeat, start exercising slow. Don't jump into it 6-7 a week. Make sure you enjoy the exercise you are doing so you'll keep doing it.
- Make exercise a part of your daily routine (on the days you are going to exercise)
Good Luck!
